Ginger is one of the few people lucky enough to be raised and spend most of her life in the tropical paradise known as Marathon in the Florida Keys.  After graduating from the University of the Americas in Mexico City with a degree in International Relations, Ginger returned to her home town of Marathon to pursue a career in real estate.  It didn't take long for Ginger and her mother Marylin to decide that this would be the family business; they co-founded their first real estate brokerage firm in 1981.

Don was born and raised on the New Jersey shore. He served in the U S Coast Guard for six years and received an honorable discharge. A third generation contractor/developer, he moved to Key Colony Beach in 1977 to fish. Don fished professionally for many years all over the world,and still loves the Keys. A native Floridian, relocated to the keys from New York City in 1997. After attending the University of Hawaii and Florida Atlantic University, she worked in the Hospitality Industry, in sales and marketing in Palm Beach & New York City & The Florida Keys. Jo Ann Cook-Kuipers spent her early years growing up on the rocky coast of Maine. In 1999, when she began marketing waterfront property she was a natural. A recent graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Real Estate, Aaron first fell in love with the Florida Keys on a camping vacation in 2000.  Having never seen such clear and turquoise water, he immediately fell in love with the area and looked forward to a permanent move to paradise.  After a bit of travelling and a career with a commercial appraiser in Atlanta, Aaron came to the conclusion that an agent works just as hard regardless of where they are located.  With this realization and a distaste for the 'frigid' Georgia winters, he packed up his belongings and headed South!  Aaron is a licensed Florida Realtor and a  'Jack of all trades', helping the broker and other agents provide their clients with a pleasant sales or purchase experience.

An Illinois native, Dale has a background in construction and development. He has been coming to the Keys since the early 1970’s and has been a property owner here since 1995. He owned and operated a water sports business in Islamorada and gave tours in his Ultra Light plane. As a licensed Captain and Pilot he has a great knowledge of the area and waterways. He can show you to your new home by land or sea. He takes a real pleasure in navigating his clients to their new homes via the canal systems. When he isn't  taking care of business you can find him diving or fishing in the crystal clear waters off of Marathon. He may even share a secret fishing spot with you!
