Ginger is one of the few people lucky enough to be raised and spend most of her life in the tropical paradise known as Marathon in the Florida Keys.  After graduating from the University of the Americas in Mexico City with a degree in International Relations, Ginger returned to her home town of Marathon to pursue a career in real estate.  It didn't take long for Ginger and her mother Marylin to decide that this would be the family business; they co-founded their first real estate brokerage firm in 1982.

Don was born and raised on the New Jersey shore. He served in the U S Coast Guard for six years and received an honorable discharge. A third generation contractor/developer, he moved to Key Colony Beach in 1977 to fish. Don fished professionally for many years all over the world,and still loves the Keys.
